The wellbeing group was established to help bridge the gap between senior members of staff and support staff. The group is made up of 6 members of the team and they alternate annually to ensure that the whole staff team is represented. The team go to every board meeting to give staff feedback to the directors. The group are looking into fundraising initiatives for the company and are engaged in enhancing the lives of the people we support.
They help to filter communications both ways through the company and are an asset to our team.
